Terms of Service
By placing an order with Printphoria USA, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Payment
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once approved for production.
Artwork, Proofs & Copyright
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and approving all proofs.
• Approval of a proof constitutes final authorization to print.
• The customer confirms they own or have legal permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs submitted.
• Printphoria USA does not verify ownership of customer-provided artwork and assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations.
• The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Printphoria USA from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from customer-supplied artwork.
• Printphoria USA reserves the right to refuse any artwork that appears to infringe on intellectual property rights.
Production & Turnaround
• Production times begin after artwork approval and garments are received.
• Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Refunds & Returns
• Due to the custom nature of printed goods, all sales are final.
• Refunds or reprints are only issued for printing errors caused by Printphoria USA.
Customer-Supplied Items
• Printphoria USA is not responsible for defects, damages, or misprints on customer-supplied garments.
Color & Print Variations
• Slight color, size, and placement variations may occur and are considered acceptable.
Liability
• Printphoria USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Printphoria USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping issues, supplier delays, equipment failure, power outages, or events beyond our control.
Governing Law
• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
